In the beginning...

Well, I guess that I have sold out, given in, whatever you want to call it.  Yes, it's true.  I now have a blog.  I must say that I really enjoy reading what everyone else has to say and have not really felt the need to blog myself. 

But, yesterday, a friend told me about blog books, and now I am sold.  (see blurb.com)  Pretty cool idea!  I have been wanting to do a book of Jacob's first year and this looks like a great way to do it!

So, I am starting this blog with the intent of 1) keeping a record for myself and my family of our happenings, and 2) to entertain you all with the latest on our end.
